Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Times
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days in major cities.
Deliveries to other areas may take up to 7 business days.
If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order, you may contact us to request a reasonable delivery deadline.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Arrangements
Signature Requirement:
All deliveries require a signature unless stated otherwise on the order acknowledgment. You must ensure someone is available to receive the goods at the time of delivery.
Dispatch Time:
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date and confirm a firm dispatch date.
Working Days:
Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, bank holidays, and official holidays.
Carriers:
We use trusted specialist carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery. A delivery date range will be communicated to you prior to dispatch.
Failed Delivery Due to Customer Error:
If a delivery attempt is aborted due to incorrect information, unavailability, or other errors on your part, we reserve the right to charge a fee reflecting our losses.
Maximum Delivery Attempts:
A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made unless we are at fault. After the third failed attempt, the order may be canceled and losses may be recovered.
Aborted Deliveries:
Deliveries may be marked as failed if no one is present to receive the parcel. You must notify us in advance if you anticipate any issues to avoid additional charges.
Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, unforeseen events, or errors on the customer’s part.

We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
